THE LANGHAM, LONDON

1. ABOUT

In 2009, The Langham, London entered ‘the major phase of its multi-million pound development to re-position the hotel as one of London’s top grand luxury hotels’.

The hotel was looking at creating a micro-site that would engage with guests, explain the refurbishment and tell the story of the hotel since it first opened in 1865. Over 140 years of history, royal guests and changes that have brought to life this iconic hotel. Going back to visuals from past eras and events, moving through to visuals from the future grand hotel.

2. PROJECT

LabelV created the digital campaign ‘Beauty Awakens’ for The Langham, London including a micro-site of stories, photo galleries from the past, present and future, and a diary section. Beginning the campaign with the ‘Fairytale’, an elegant animated film with visuals of glorious moments from the past, transitioning into the present through to an exclusive outlook into the future.

The digital campaign was a great success, providing a beautiful online platform for the hotel to communicate with guests about the refurbishment of the hotel that would soon awaken into a brand new beautiful destination.
