At the centre of London’s Mayfair, Claridge’s is an art deco hotel that offers the ultimate in luxury. Incorporating grand English style with timeless glamour.

The hotel digital presence and online journey would need to be an extension of the experience guests can expect when visiting the 5-star luxury hotel. From the stunning rooms and suites, to its famed bars and restaurants through to its excellent client service.

2. PROJECT

LabelV would design and implement a digital strategy & marketing plan to strengthen the position of the hotel in the digital space. By bringing innovation, increasing reach and raising awareness of the hotel in key international markets, we looked at reaching both new and existing guests. Resulting in increased traffic and online revenue.

A clear set of KPIs and a detailed monthly digital report would allow us to assess the hotel digital performance, communicate results to the project stakeholders on a monthly basis and to continually review and improve activities.
